Comfortable leather seating sofas with table and floor lamp, dining table & chairs (4), wooden cabinet for glassware and bookcase, amplifier with 2 speakers, home cinema, 46 inches full HD TV. Internet access (Wireless and LAN), wood burning fireplace (metal/stone), tiled Floor, A/C.

Open Plan Fully Equipped Kitchen: Designed as working surface (semi-inset), comes with luxurious accessories and includes coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer & mini chopper, Krups Dolce Gusto espresso coffee maker 15 bars, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven with ceramic hob, tiled floor, A/C.

Bathroom: Built in wonderful modern tiles. Spacious bathtub/shower, WC, washbasin with large mirror, wooden cabinet and magnifying makeup mirror on the wall, heated towel radiator rail, luxury accessories, pure Cretan toiletries.

Outdoor Space

Step outside onto the spacious veranda, a generous 45 square meters of outdoor space surrounded by a beautiful flower fence and garden. Here, you can enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor table with comfortable armchairs, or relax on the cozy sofas. The dining area can be covered with a large square umbrella for sun protection. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Chania, or to start your day with a cup of coffee in the fresh air.

Step outside at the bedrooms’ balcony to access the closet with cleaning tools and products, as well as, the useful drying loft.

No worries about finding a spot for your car, as there is private parking area available for two vehicles for the apartment, at the front of the building. The parking space is protected with a wooden fence door opened via remote control.
